 I'm Mark. I've been annoying you lot for several weeks now, so maybe
  it's time I said hello formally.

 Hello formally.

 49 years old. Lived in Australia all my life, apart from several trips
  to Europe and one to Fiji. Never been to US or Canadia, and doubt that I
  ever will. Happily married, no kids, but many much loved nieces and
  nephews. Working class ocker. Father and grandfather made their living
  from sport and gambling. Consequently, I am interested in everything but
  sport and gambling.
