death of his widow, Isabel(Ives)Giddings, in Sept. 1852.
  It was sold on 7 Jun 1853 for $680, the proceeds were to be
used for the maintenance and education of their daughter 
Isabel Giddings, the minor (age 14), sister of Horace.
